  • 2 pound pork shoulder or butt 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 teaspoon dark pepper 
  • ¼ container green onion 
  • ¼ container soy sauce 
  • 3 eggs, beaten 
  • 1½ mugs cornstarch 
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 1 red chime pepper 
  • 1 green chime pepper

  • 1 8-ounce can cleaved pineapple with syrup 
  • ¼ container vinegar 
  • ¼ container soy sauce 
  • ¼ container ketchup 
  • ¼ container sugar

Instructions :

  1. Cut pork into chomp estimated pieces and spot in a medium-sized bowl. Season with pepper and include soy sauce, garlic, and green onion. Spread and let marinate for 1-2 hours. 
  2. Coat pork pieces with egg, plunge in cornstarch, and sear until firm and brilliant (around 2 minutes). Channel on paper towels. 
  3. Warmth 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high warmth. Include the onion and ringer pepper. 
  4. When the vegetables begin to end up delicate, include pineapple with syrup. Mix for 30 seconds before including vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, and sugar. Mix consistently over medium-high warmth for 3-4 minutes as water vanishes and sauce thickens. 
  5. Add the pork to the container once the sauce starts to thicken. Blend to coat equally.
