  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

Instructions :

  1. Cut the pork bear into around 1-centimeter (¼ in) cuts, at that point exchange to a vast dish or bowl. In a medium bowl, consolidate the achiote glue, stew powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, vinegar, and pineapple squeeze, pounding and blending until smooth without any bumps. Pour the marinade over the pork cuts, at that point hurl to ensure they are covered on all sides. Spread the bowl with saran wrap, at that point refrigerate for somewhere around 2 hours or as long as 3 days.
  2. Preheat the stove to 350°F (180°C). Line a preparing sheet with material paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Spot a cut or two of the pineapple on the preparing sheet. Take a wooden stick and push it straightforwardly amidst the pineapple. Expel the pork from the refrigerator and push the cuts through the stick, layering in a steady progression until there is a 1-inch (2 ½ cm) hole at the best. Push another pineapple cut to finish everything.
  4. Prepare for about 1½ hours, until the pork is marginally roasted outwardly and dark red. Rest the meat for around 10 minutes, at that point cut off slim cuts of pork and simmered pineapple.
