You’ll Need:

1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, depleted and washed
3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons miso glue (any assortment)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
for the cauliflower rice:
1 bundle Cascadian Ranch riced cauliflower
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1/4 container cilantro , cleaved
Salt and pepper to taste
for serving:
Tahini (diminished with water if necessary)

Preheat the broiler to 400ºF. 

How to Make:

  1. Preheat the broiler to 400ºF. 
  2. Spot the vegetables and chickpeas on a heating sheet and put aside. 
  3. Make the marinade by whisking together the oil, miso and flavors. Spoon the marinade onto the veggies and chickpeas (it will be thick so spread it out), at that point utilize your hands to coat everything. Prepare for 25 - 30 minutes, flipping part of the way through.
