You’ll Need:

12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and washed in virus water *
2 child English cucumbers (or 1 glass), little shakers
½ green chime pepper, little shakers
½ container red onion, fine bones
½ glass cut dark olives (discretionary)
Dressing Fixings:
2 Tablespoons + 1 ½ teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons + 1 ½ teaspoons white wine vinegar *
1 Tablespoons water
½ glass tomato sauce
1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons tahini
1 teaspoon miso*
½ teaspoon natural maple syrup
2 ½ to 3 ½ teaspoons Italian flavoring
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried minced onion drops
¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
¾ teaspoon ocean salt (+/ - to taste) *
1/8 teaspoon dark pepper
1/8 teaspoon celery seed (discretionary)
½ glass canned petite diced tomatoes (depleted) or new seeded tomatoes
Garnishes
Finely slashed level leaf parsley 

How to Make:


  1. Include all the dressing fixings (with the exception of the petite diced tomatoes) into a bowl, whisk well to join, at that point include the petite diced tomatoes, blend well once more, at that point put aside.
