- 5 lbs. boneless pork shoulder bone meal, cut and slice into 3 to 4 inch pieces

- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 container diminished sodium chicken juices
- 1/4 container naturally crushed squeezed orange
- 2 tbsp crisply crushed lime juice
- 2 straight leaves
Directions :
- Warmth the weight cooker on SAUTE mode until hot. Season the pork pieces with salt and pepper. Add 1 tsp olive oil to the weight cooker and singe the pork on all sides until carmelized (around 5 minutes).
- Expel pork from weight cooker and put aside. Consolidate the cumin, garlic powder, sazon, oregano, stew powder and cayenne pepper in a little bowl and rub into the pork pieces.
