Fixings :
For tart shell:
- 200 gms, universally handy flour
- 110 gms, margarine
- ½ tsp, carom seeds (ajwain)
- ½ tsp, cumin seeds
- Scarcely any tablespoons of virus water.
- ½ of green apple, finely cubed
- ½ glass, pomegranate
- 5 tbsp, corn, bubbled
- ¼ glass, cherry tomatoes, slashed
- 1 large,potato, bubbled and finely cubed
- 1 nos, medium onion, cleaved
- ½ glass, simmered nut
- ¼ glass, browned chana dal
- 2 tbsp, lemon juice
- 2 tbsp, coriander leaves, cleaved
- 1 nos, green bean stew, slashed finely (you can include pretty much asr prefered)
- ½ tsp, red bean stew drops
- ¼ tsp, dark salt (shake salt)
- 1 tsp, chaat masala
- Mint-coriander chutney as required (here's the connection)
- Sweet jaggery chutney as required (here's the connection)
- Salt, as required
- ¼ glass, nylon sev.
Instructions :
For Tart shells:
- Blend the margarine, carom seeds, cumin seeds and universally handy flour with the fingers until blend looks like bread morsels.
