You’ll Need:

150 g stomach related bread rolls 

75 g spread or margarine 

250 g mascarpone cheddar 

300 ml twofold cream 

1 tsp vanilla concentrate or glue 

200 g white chocolate (broken into lumps) 

400 g crisp raspberries 


How to Make:


  1. Oil and line up the base of 20-23 cm springform cake tin. 
  2. Place the stomach related bread rolls into a plastic sack and smash with a moving pin, until you have fine morsels, yet abandon some chunkier bits as well.
