  • 1 glass dark beans, (175g) canned, flushed and depleted 
  • 14.5 ounce canned diced flame cooked tomatoes, (411g) in addition to juice 
  • 5 containers unsalted chicken stock, (1.2L) 
  • 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano 
  • 1 container cut corn tortilla strips, (100g) 1/4-inch thick, 2-inch long strips 
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice 
  • 1/4 glass cilantro leaves, for trimming 





Guidelines :

  1. Gently season chicken bosoms on the two sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. 
  2. Warmth expansive saute container or dutch broiler over medium warmth.

  9. Include slashed chipotle stews and jalapenos, saute for 1 minute. 
  10. Include tomato glue and saute for 1 minute. 
  11. Include chime pepper and corn, saute for 1 minute. 
  12. Include the dark beans, fire simmered tomatoes, chicken stock, oregano, salt, 1 container tortilla strips, and destroyed chicken, mix to join. 
  13. Heat to the point of boiling and after that lessen to a stew, cook chicken tortilla soup until tortillas are mellowed around 15 minutes.
